Job Description

Role & responsibilities Learning Strategy & Planning : Develop and implement L&D strategies that support business goals and brand values. Conduct training needs analysis across departments and job roles. Training Design & Delivery : Design engaging training programs focusing on customer service, sales excellence, luxury experience, product knowledge, and leadership development. Implement blended learning solutions (classroom, e-learning, on-the-job). Partner with retail leaders to deliver high-impact learning experiences. Talent Development : Identify high-potential employees and create development plans. Manage programs for succession planning and internal talent mobility. Quality & Compliance : Ensure all training content aligns with brand guidelines, luxury retail standards, and industry best practices. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of learning activities and effectiveness. Stakeholder Collaboration : Collaborate with Store Managers, HR Business Partners, and Senior Leadership to understand training needs and outcomes. Liaise with external training vendors where applicable. Preferred candidate profile Qualifications & Experience Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration. 1015 years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. Knowledge about SAP is preferred. Certified trainer is preferred. Experience in luxury retail is highly preferred . Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs. Strong facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital learning tools. Key Competencies Deep understanding of luxury customer expectations and service delivery. High emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity. Strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
