Job Description

Role & responsibilities Learning Strategy & Planning : Develop and implement L&D strategies that support business goals and brand values. Conduct training needs analysis across departments and job roles. Training Design & Delivery : Design engaging training programs focusing on customer service, sales excellence, luxury experience, product knowledge, and leadership development. Implement blended learning solutions (classroom, e-learning, on-the-job). Partner with retail leaders to deliver high-impact learning experiences. Talent Development : Identify high-potential employees and create development plans. Manage programs for succession planning and internal talent mobility. Quality & Compliance : Ensure all training content aligns with brand guidelines, luxury retail standards, and industry best practices. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of learning activities and effectiveness. Stakeholder Collaboration : Collaborate with Store Managers, HR Business Partners, and Senior Leadership to understand training needs and outcomes. Liaise with external training vendors where applicable. Preferred candidate profile Qualifications & Experience Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration. 1015 years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. Knowledge about SAP is preferred. Certified trainer is preferred. Experience in luxury retail is highly preferred . Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs. Strong facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
