Education: Master’s Degree from the reputed institution Age: 25 – 35 years Roles & Responsibilities 1) Manage the founder's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, and ensuring timely reminders. 2) Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of the founder. 3) Conduct research and compile information on various topics as requested by the founder. 4) Screen and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, and correspondence, handling or delegating as appropriate. 5) Make travel arrangements including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation, and preparing itineraries. 6) Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and team members. 7) Handle personal tasks and errands for the founder as needed. Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of the role. Qualifications: 1) Proven experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives or founders. 2) Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure. 3) Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and diplomatic demeanor. 4) High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information. 5) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. 6) Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Deputy Counsellor - Admissions Appointment Scheduling: Schedule daily counselling appointments actively from various lead sources, including SEO leads, Google leads, IVR missed calls, and ChatBot inquiries, to ensure maximum walk-in conversions Follow-Up Engagement: Conduct timely second follow-up calls to previously counselled parents to determine their final decision on admission, ensuring consistent communication and engagement. Daily MCB/Leadsquared Checks: Conduct daily monitoring of MCB/Leadsquared entries post-counselling. Promptly remind counsellors who have missed daily entries, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. Support in Parent Visits: Actively assist in conducting informative school tours for walk-in parents in coordination with admission counsellors. Provide immediate assistance to walk-in parents in completing registration forms. Student Strength Management: Maintain precise class-wise and section-wise student strength records. Update these records daily with new admissions and withdrawals, closely coordinating with counsellors and the Operations Head. Accurate TC and Withdrawal Entries: Ensure timely and accurate updating of Transfer Certificates (TC) and withdrawal details into the GR. Lead Management Coordination: Prepare and distribute weekly lead reports to the Marketing department, in collaboration with admission counsellors. Counselling Readiness: Equip yourself with essential counselling information for immediate assistance, providing partial or pre-counselling support to parents as required. Marketing Material Preparation: Develop and prepare effective marketing materials during off-season periods to maintain engagement with prospective families. Feedback and Reference Touch-base: Collect feedback from parents post-admission process. Regularly follow-up for references and nurture positive relationships with existing families. Data Verification & GR Maintenance: Verify the student's physical folder thoroughly before entering details into the General Register (GR). Coordinate proactively with HMs to ensure timely submission of any pending documents. Key Focus Areas: Enhance proactive calling and follow-up strategies to maximize scheduled walk-ins from prospective parents. Streamline data entry processes and maintain high accuracy and efficiency. Foster strong coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth admissions workflow.
