Key Responsibilities

Financial Management
: Manages daily financial operations, including budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting.
Fee Collection and Payroll
: Oversees fee collection processes and ensures accurate and timely payroll processing.
Vendor Management
: Handles vendor payments and manages vendor relationships.
Compliance and Reporting
: Ensures compliance with financial regulations and prepares financial reports for internal and external use.
Auditing Support
: Supports internal and external audits by providing necessary financial documentation and data.
Record Keeping
: Maintains accurate school financial and accounting records.
Software Proficiency
: Utilizes school ERP systems, accounting software (e.g., Tally), and Microsoft Excel.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field is often required.
Experience:
Typically requires several years of experience (e.g., 5-10 years) in finance and accounting, with specific experience in school finance being preferred.
Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in accounting software like Tally.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
