Key Responsibilities


  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end hiring for both technical (e.g., software, data, product) and non-technical (e.g., HR, sales, finance, operations) roles for client organizations.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with client stakeholders to understand job requirements, team culture, and business objectives.
  • Sourcing & Screening: Source candidates using multiple channels (job boards, social media, referrals, campus, etc.), screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews.
  • AI-Driven Tools: Utilize Greentick’s proprietary AI platform for resume screening, automated assessments, and candidate analytics to ensure high-quality shortlists.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless, engaging, and personalized candidate journey, providing timely feedback and maintaining proactive communication throughout the process.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously refine sourcing strategies, recruitment workflows, and leverage analytics to improve hiring outcomes and reduce time-to-fill.
  • Reporting & Metrics: Maintain accurate records in ATS, generate hiring reports, and track recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness.
  • Employer Branding: Support employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment drives, events, and campus engagements.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with exposure to both tech and non-tech hiring.
  • Strong understanding of technical and non-technical skill sets and job requirements.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms, sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.), and recruitment analytics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • Experience working with AI-driven recruitment tools is a plus.
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and organizational skills.
