Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities:

● Talent Acquisition: Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT & non-IT roles, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.

● Leadership Hiring: Must have experience in recruiting for mid-level, senior roles, and leadership positions, ensuring high-quality hires for critical positions.

● Sourcing Strategies: Use job portals, social media platforms, and employee referrals to attract top talent.

● Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide suitable candidates.

● Candidate Engagement: Ensure an excellent candidate experience through timely updates and feedback.

● Database Management: Maintain and update the recruitment database for effective talent pool tracking.

● MarketInsights: Stay updated on recruitment trends, salary benchmarks, and industry best practices for IT & non-IT roles.

Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

● 1-3 years of experience in IT & non-IT recruitment, preferably in high-growth industries.

● Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other hiring platforms.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to manage multiple open positions and work under tight deadlines.

● Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)is a plus.
