Talent Acquisition Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Sourcing

    : Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and making offers.
  • Travel

    : Be prepared for frequent travel across Gujarat to support hiring needs.
  • Candidate Management

    : Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates, ensuring a positive experience for all applicants.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration

    : Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Skills Required:

  • A minimum of 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in the

    BFSI industry

    .
  • Must be fluent in the

    Gujarati language

    .
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
