Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for end-to-end recruitment for commercial functions, majorly in Sales and marketing and corporate hiring.
Source qualified, talented candidates and schedule phone and field interviews.
Develop diverse pipeline candidate pools to fill and potential needs.
Stakeholder management, regular reviews, and meetings with the hiring managers.
Update and publish the TA dashboard.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven work experience as a talent Acquisition Specialist in Sales hiring or similar role in Pharma / Medical devices / Healthcare industry.
Familiarity with social media, job portal, and professional networks
Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

CTC Budget- 4.5 lac to 7 lac(Depend on current CTC)
