Roles and Responsibilities


  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment for commercial functions, majorly in Sales and marketing and corporate hiring.
  • Source qualified, talented candidates and schedule phone and field interviews.
  • Develop diverse pipeline candidate pools to fill and potential needs.
  • Stakeholder management, regular reviews, and meetings with the hiring managers.
  • Update and publish the TA dashboard.


Desired Candidate Profile


  • Proven work experience as a talent Acquisition Specialist in Sales hiring or similar role in Pharma / Medical devices / Healthcare industry.
  • Familiarity with social media, job portal, and professional networks
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills


CTC Budget- 4.5 lac to 7 lac(Depend on current CTC)
