Working Hours:

Evening shift from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST, aligning with US business hours.

Experience--2 to 5 years

Note- F2F Interview is mandatory.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process and demonstrate the ability to source and engage top talent for various roles across the United States. You will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring high-quality candidates through strategic sourcing and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for US-based roles
• Source qualified candidates through various job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and Monster
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates across different skill sets and domains
• Collaborate with hiring managers and teams to understand job requirements and hiring needs
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience through timely and professional communication

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in US recruitment and talent sourcing
• Strong knowledge of major job portals including LinkedIn, Naukri, and Monster
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
