Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for Sales and Business roles across India, with a strong focus on Southern regions (Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, etc.)
• Handle everything from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

2. Sourcing & Talent Mapping:

• Proactively source top talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, employee referrals, and networks.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring and high-priority roles.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Partner closely with business heads, sales leaders, and hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring timelines.
• Advise stakeholders with data-backed insights on market trends and hiring feasibility.

4. Candidate Experience:

• Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience — from first contact to final onboarding.
• Ensure transparent, timely communication and professional handling of all candidates.

5. Recruitment Strategy:

• Implement creative sourcing strategies, diversity hiring programs, and campus recruitment initiatives.
• Experiment with social media campaigns, offline hiring events, and referral drives.

6. Market Intelligence:

• Track industry hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor movement.
• Provide leadership with quarterly hiring analytics and insights to improve hiring velocity.

7. Compliance & Documentation:

• Maintain strict adherence to labor laws, hiring guidelines, and internal approval processes.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely updates in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).

8. Reporting & Metrics:

• Track and report key metrics — TAT, offer-to-join ratio, source mix, cost per hire, etc.
• Present weekly dashboards and insights to management.

Qualifications & Skills

• 1+ years of experience managing end-to-end recruitment for sales or business roles (both full-time & part-time).
• Expertise in sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and social media.
• Working knowledge of ATS tools, HR dashboards, and data analytics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong multitasking ability to handle multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
• Understanding of regional hiring nuances (especially in Southern markets) is a plus.
