About us : AccioJob is India's most trusted Training and Placement network. We host over 500 hiring drives each year across our centres and partner campuses, delivering 2100+ placements. Our mission is to provide each young graduate with relevant placement opportunities and the right guidance to become industry ready. We are expanding our placement network to reach more students and setting up a centre at Atria Institute Bangalore. Key responsibilities : Placement Centre Ownership: Take complete ownership of operations and execution at the Atria centre. Strategically manage day-to-day functioning and coordination with college stakeholders. Offline Drive Operations: Manage check-ins, verify students via QR codes, and ensure a fair testing environment. Student Support: Help students navigate the assessment setup including placement portal, VPN, config. Liaise with the tech team to resolve issues and ensure smooth test experiences. Offline Marketing & Brand Presence: Visit nearby colleges to set up offline marketing via posters, pamphlets at strategic locations. Build relationships with placement cells and promote our programs locally. We’re Looking For : Based out of Bangalore. Strong communication and coordination skills. Tech-savvy and confident in troubleshooting basic tech issues. Takes ownership seriously and is punctual and dependable. Hustler ready to work on 6 days when needed What You will get : Monthly Stipend.
