Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Executive with a strong background in IT/Technical recruitment to help us attract and hire top-tier talent across various technical roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle recruitment for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and technical skill expectations.
  
• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates.
  
• Conduct technical assessments, coordinate interviews, and provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
  
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  
• Manage recruitment metrics, track progress, and report on key hiring KPIs.
  
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  
• Collaborate with HR and leadership on workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.
  
• Stay updated on the latest IT trends, technologies, and market insights to better identify and attract talent.
  

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter focusing on IT positions (software development, Salesforce, cloud, DevOps, QA, data analytics, etc.).
  
• Strong knowledge of technical roles, skills, and IT industry trends.
  
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  
• Excellent sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and meet tight deadlines.
  
• Bachelors degree in HR, IT, or related field preferred.
  

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience recruiting for US, UK, or global IT positions.
  
• Familiarity with technical assessments and coding platforms (HackerRank, Codility, etc.).
