We’re now looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. In this role, you will be the driving force behind hiring exceptional talent across both business and technical teams. You’ll work closely with Leadership and hiring managers to build high-performing teams while ensuring a seamless and inclusive candidate experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the full-cycle recruitment process for business and technical roles from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and leaders to understand hiring needs and design effective talent acquisition plans.
• Create compelling, role-specific job descriptions and outreach messages that reflect Raise’s values and tone.
• Source talent through a mix of channels namely employee referrals, job platforms, social media, networking, hiring consultants, head hunting, etc.
• Conduct screening and interviews to evaluate both technical skills and cultural fit, delivering a positive and respectful candidate experience.
• Manage candidate pipelines, track recruitment metrics (time to fill, conversion ratios, etc.), and ensure up-to-date hiring dashboards.
• Collaborate on initiatives like employer branding, campus hiring, and continuous improvements in onboarding processes.

What We’re Looking For

• A Master’s or Postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field is a plus.
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition or recruiting roles, preferably in a startup or fintech environment.
• Proven experience hiring across multiple functions including product, engineering, design, growth, and data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate.
• Proficiency with ATS tools, sourcing platforms, and recruitment analytics.
• Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously.
• High level of ownership, proactiveness, and the agility to adapt in a growing and evolving setup.
