At D'quor Spaces, we’re building a team that will change how premium real estate is marketed and sold in India. To do this, we need an exceptional Talent Acquisition Partner who can help us attract, assess, and onboard the kind of talent that builds category-defining companies.

What You’ll Own

• End-to-end hiring: from designing role scorecards to closing top talent across sales, marketing, project management, and operations.
• Founders’ shadow: sit in on strategic conversations to deeply understand what kind of people we need next.
• Culture architect: help codify our ethos, values, and rituals into a living culture deck and make sure every hire strengthens it.
• Employer brand: position us as the go-to destination for ambitious talent in real estate and luxury spaces.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in high-performance hiring (real estate, startups, or sales-driven organizations preferred).
• Strong headhunting and networking ability — you know how to find people even when they’re not “looking.”
• Strategic mindset: can balance speed of hire with long-term cultural fit.
• Excited to work in a startup-like, ownership-heavy environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
