We bring together thoughtful design, curated living, and strategic marketing to create unique villa and second-home communities. For our upcoming flagship project, we’re building a high-performance sales and marketing team that thrives on results. Role Overview We are looking for Junior Sales Assistants who can hustle, communicate with confidence, and build genuine connections. The role will focus on engaging inbound leads (from ads, inquiries, and walk-ins) as well as outbound calling on our existing database to build a steady pipeline. Your primary target will be to schedule the maximum number of Video Calls (VCs) and Site Visits with prospective buyers. This isn’t a routine 9-to-5 desk job. It’s an opportunity to grow your career in real estate sales, earn attractive incentives, and be part of a winning team where effort directly translates into income.
