What You’ll Own

• End-to-end hiring

  : from designing role scorecards to closing top talent across sales, marketing, project management, and operations.

• Founders’ shadow

  : sit in on strategic conversations to deeply understand what kind of people we need next.

• Culture architect

  : help codify our ethos, values, and rituals into a living culture deck and make sure every hire strengthens it.

• Employer brand

  : position us as the go-to destination for ambitious talent in real estate and luxury spaces.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in 

  high-performance hiring

   (real estate, startups, or sales-driven organizations preferred).
• Strong headhunting and networking ability — you know how to find people even when they’re not “looking.”
• Strategic mindset: can balance speed of hire with long-term cultural fit.
• Excited to work in a startup-like, ownership-heavy environment.
