Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic IT Recruitment Manager to lead our technical hiring efforts and manage a team of recruiters. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end recruitment for IT roles, develop scalable sourcing strategies, and ensure we attract, hire, and retain top technical talent aligned with business goals. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, department leads, and HR business partners to drive a seamless and effective talent acquisition process.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT recruiters and sourcers to meet hiring targets and SLAs

Own and drive the end-to-end recruitment process for mid to senior-level IT roles

Collaborate with business leaders and department heads to forecast hiring needs and develop talent pipelines

Build and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent in a competitive market

Monitor and improve key hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, and candidate experience

Optimize use of ATS and recruitment tools to ensure accurate tracking and reporting

Ensure a strong employer brand presence across channels (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, careers page, etc.)

Ensure compliance with hiring policies, data privacy laws, and diversity hiring goals

Partner with HR and onboarding teams for smooth candidate transitions and early engagement

Stay current on market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in technical recruiting


Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)

6–10 years of overall recruitment experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity

Proven track record in hiring for a wide range of IT roles (cloud, security, data, software, etc.)

Strong team management, coaching, and performance evaluation skills

In-depth knowledge of technical sourcing techniques, job market trends, and recruitment tools

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills

Experience using ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, etc.)

Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience leading recruitment in a tech-focused organization or fast-growing startup

Knowledge of global hiring practices (US, Europe, APAC)

Technical certifications or background in IT (a plus but not required)

Familiarity with diversity hiring initiatives and strategies
