Talent Acquisition Manager

Role Overview: As a Sr Manager/Manager - Talent Acquisition based in Noida, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle. You will collaborate with Senior Management and Hiring Managers to define competencies required for various roles. Using diverse methods, you will identify and attract suitable talent, screen candidates based on relevant experience and cultural fit, develop candidate pools within specific geographical territories, represent the organization throughout the recruitment process, coordinate interviews, negotiate salaries, maintain detailed reports, and ensure adherence to internal processes with accuracy.
