Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Manager based in Raipur. The Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top-tier talent. Responsibilities also include strategizing employer branding initiatives, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. The role involves collaborating across teams to meet organizational talent needs efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
• Expertise in Hiring and Interviewing processes to identify and attract the best candidates
• Experience in Employer Branding to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice
• Strong abilities in Recruiting to build and maintain robust candidate pipelines
