Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible for building and managing the end-to-end hiring engine for our India GCC across Hyderabad and Noida. This role will own sourcing strategy, recruitment operations, panel coordination, weekend hiring drives, hiring campaigns, and offer-to-join conversion. The person will work closely with Delivery, HR, and leadership to create a scalable recruitment model that supports the rapid expansion of our engineering, cloud, data, and consulting teams.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic Hiring

• Develop sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, vendor management)

• Partner with Delivery Managers and CoE Leads for JD finalization & prioritization


Recruitment Operations

• Manage recruitment pipelines, trackers, dashboards, and SLAs

• Drive weekend hiring drives, virtual interviews, and walk-in drives


Stakeholder Collaboration

• Align with HRBP for onboarding, engagement, and retention handoff

• Provide weekly updates to leadership on hiring progress

Candidate Engagement & Conversions

• Execute pre-boarding engagement to reduce offer dropouts

• Dominate candidate persuasion: culture, growth, U.S. projects, work-life balance


Vendor & Campus Hiring

• Establish early talent programs: interns, freshers, local Hyderabad colleges


Reporting & Analytics

o   time-to-fill

o  pipeline health

o  interview-to-offer ratio

o  offer-to-join conversion

o  sourcing channel effectiveness


Qualifications

  • 6-10+ years in Talent Acquisition (IT Services / Product / Tech Consulting)
  • Strong experience hiring for:

o  Full Stack

o  Cloud (Azure)

o  Data Engineering

o  QA / Automation

  • Experience running high-volume drives and niche hiring
  • Good understanding of India talent markets (Hyderabad + NCR)
  • Strong communication & persuasion skills
  • Ability to work with global/U.S. stakeholders
  • High ownership mindset, ability to work in a scaling GCC environment
