Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located at NFCI’s Jalandhar campus for a Talent Acquisition Manager. The individual will oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, manage company employer branding initiatives, and ensure the hiring of qualified candidates aligned with institutional goals. Responsibilities include conducting interviews, collaborating with department heads, and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent across diverse areas.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting
• Experience in Hiring and Employer Branding strategies
• Strong skills in conducting effective and professional Interviewing
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Experience in the education industry is a plus
