• Partner closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
• Build effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, employee referrals, and industry networks.
• Manage and mentor a TA team to ensure hiring targets are met within defined timelines.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and volume-based roles.
• Oversee recruitment analytics, dashboards, and hiring metrics for leadership reviews.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate terms, and evaluate performance.
• Drive employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and hiring best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager
• Strong understanding of modern sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and growth-driven environment.
• Experience in team management and leadership is preferred.
