Responsibilities:

? Create and evolve a talent acquisition strategy that anticipates the needs of the business. Make decisions, build strategies and manage teams using analytical tools to improve operations and efficiency.

? Think beyond the usual, question how things might be different, and develop creative ideas for alternatives. Take risks to drive change and innovation and inspire the team to do the same.

? Provide purpose and direction through a clear, inspirational vision. Empower the team to do impactful work by removing barriers and creating meaningful connections.

? Collaborate with the business by understanding market drivers, competitive landscape and alignment to business needs

? Influence & guide our leaders, hiring managers and interviewers to use best practices in hiring

? Build and foster relationships with internal stakeholders as a trusted advisor to drive talent strategy and measurable business impact

? Effectively lead a team of high-performing ICs through compassionate management, collaboration, and coaching development.

? Lead with an agile mindset focused on problem-solving through creative solutions, and thrive in an environment where growth and change are the only constants

? Contribute to projects across the TA Roadmap to drive us toward innovation and best in industry recruiting

Requirements:

? 10+ years of experience in recruitment at all levels.

? Experience partnering with senior-level managers, interviewers and team members throughout the hiring process

? Strong business acumen and in-depth knowledge of the consumer tech talent market

? Proven experience with innovative sourcing methods

? Experience managing teams, building and delivering applicant pipelines, and planning/executing strategy.

? Experience managing tech and/or nontech recruiting teams.

? Ability to challenge assumptions and tends towards unusual, unconventional, and disruptive solutions. Excellent analytical skills.

? A data-driven approach will be key to help demonstrate the value TA adds to the organisation

? An inspirational leader who encourages the team to take on new challenges and exceed expectations
