Job Overview:


We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Talent Acquisition Manager who will be responsible for leading the recruitment process across all levels of the organization. This role demands someone with deep experience in talent acquisition, specifically in IT, with an understanding of startup culture's fast pace, high expectations, and rewarding outcomes. You will play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent while contributing to building a world-class team in a rapidly growing environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles, from junior professionals to senior leadership, ensuring the hiring process is efficient, timely, and aligned with company objectives.
  • Work closely with department heads and team leaders to understand hiring needs and create a recruitment strategy tailored to those needs.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and facilitating offers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to provide guidance and support throughout the hiring process.
  • Source candidates using multiple channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and direct outreach.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates for fit within both technical and cultural aspects of the organization.
  • Manage candidate experience by ensuring a smooth, engaging, and respectful hiring process.
  • Provide market insights and collaborate with leadership to make data-driven recruitment decisions.
  • Develop and manage effective talent acquisition strategies for high-pressure, fast-paced work environments typical of a startup.
  • Work on creating and refining employer branding strategies to make the company an attractive place for top talent.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and continually improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the hiring process.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience (10+ years) in talent acquisition, specifically within the IT industry, with hands-on experience at various professional levels (entry, mid, senior, leadership).
  • Strong understanding of the startup culture, including the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, high-reward environment.
  • Experience in utilising multiple recruitment channels, including social media, job boards, employee referrals, and headhunting.
  • Excellent interviewing skills and the ability to assess both technical and cultural fit.
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring projects at once in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with employment laws, compliance regulations, and industry best practices.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
