Job Description

Role Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Lead, your role will involve actively contributing to the formulation of team objectives aligned with organizational goals. You will ensure strategic workforce planning through effective contingency measures and accurate forecasting of hiring needs, such as indent management. Your responsibilities will include aligning recruitment delivery with broader business priorities and long-term talent strategies. You will oversee smooth, timely, and high-impact delivery for all assigned Practices, including hands-on involvement in sourcing, interviewing, and finalizing candidates for various business functions. Additionally, you will build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, provide recruitment advisory, and lead and manage a recruitment team to ensure recruitment efforts directly contribute to billable headcount goals and revenue objectives. Your role will also involve driving process excellence, compliance, cost control, and championing employer branding initiatives to elevate the organization's talent positioning. Key Responsibilities: - Actively contribute to the formulation of team objectives aligned with organizational goals - Ensure strategic workforce planning through effective contingency measures and accurate forecasting of hiring needs - Align recruitment delivery with broader business priorities and long-term talent strategies - Oversee smooth, timely, and high-impact delivery for all assigned Practices - Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders through structured cadences, proactive solutioning, and consultative guidance - Offer strategic recruitment insights using market intelligence and industry trends - Lead and manage a recruitment team by setting clear expectations and performance metrics - Drive process excellence by implementing lean, compliant recruitment workflows - Regularly review and improve processes for efficiency and consistency - Monitor and control recruitment-related costs to ensure financial accountability - Champion employer branding initiatives and integrate market insights to elevate the organization's talent positioning Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in hiring niche talent in high numbers within a short TAT, with at least 2+ years of experience in market research hiring - A good understanding of the candidate pool, competitor firms, and market dynamics in the market research space - Exposure in end-to-end recruitment, including market/talent mapping, salary benchmarking, etc. - Exceptional stakeholder and people management skills - Hands-on experience in recruitment analytics, reporting, and presentation to stakeholders using ATS/HRMS and reporting tools - Technological bent of mind and the ability to adapt to the latest technical advancements in the recruitment space - Good negotiation and convincing skills - Good business acumen - Key skills/attributes like emotional intelligence, agility, and good decision-making crucial to succeed as a talent acquisition lead,
