Key Responsibilities

Talent Strategy for Scaling

• Build hiring roadmaps aligned with 

  growth milestones and expansion needs

  .
• Anticipate talent requirements for new functions and larger team structures.

End-to-End Recruitment Ownership

• Lead sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
• Hire across 

  eCommerce, Marketing, Product, Design, Operations, Finance, Tech, and Customer Success

  .
• Leverage strong networks, referrals, and industry-specific talent pools.

Employer Branding & Market Outreach

• Position Divine Hindu as an 

  employer of choice for D2C professionals

  .
• Drive outreach through LinkedIn, startup ecosystems, and campus partnerships.

Data-Driven Recruitment

• Maintain dashboards and analytics to track hiring velocity, quality, and retention.
• Present insights to leadership for workforce planning.

Process & Compliance

• Standardize structured interviews, evaluations, and scalable recruitment practices.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and compliance during high-growth phases.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 5–8 years of TA experience

  , with at least 

  3+ years in D2C/consumer-tech startups

  .
• Proven success in 

  scaling teams from 50 to 200+ employees

  .
• Strong understanding of the 

  D2C talent landscape and functional hiring needs

  .
• Skilled in headhunting, networking, and sourcing niche talent.
• Balances 

  speed and quality

   in hiring without compromising culture fit.
• Excellent stakeholder management with 

  founders and leadership teams
