• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview preparation, offer negotiation, and onboarding for Multiple BFSI & IT clients • Utilize multiple sourcing methods, including job boards (Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed), internal databases (ATS – Bullhorn & Workday), Career Builder, networking, and referrals to identify top talents. • Collaborate with Account Managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. • Conduct thorough technical assessments, reference checks, and salary negotiations to ensure competitive offers. • Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidates' qualifications, technical expertise, and alignment with organizational culture • Perform comprehensive screenings, technical assessments, and reference checks to assess candidate suitability.
