Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hiring Specialist, located in Surat. The Hiring Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and training candidates. Day-to-day tasks involve conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers to understand requirements, and assisting in the onboarding process. The specialist will also engage in strategic planning to meet the company's recruitment needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.
