Identify emerging talent needs and market opportunities. Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to account management. 5. Account Growth: Identify opportunities for account growth and revenue enhancement within existing client accounts. 6. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, including pricing and payment terms. Ensure that contracts align with both client and company interests. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in any field. Proven 3-5years of experience in Staffing and IT consulting, with a focus on building and managing key client accounts.
