Administrator, Bullhorn

As the Bullhorn Application Administrator, Associate at Consilio, you will play a crucial role in supporting and maintaining enterprise applications to ensure optimal performance and availability. Reporting directly to the Product Owners for Bullhorn, Replicon, and other tools, you will collaborate with other Application Administrators to enhance the platform and provide continuous service improvements. **Responsibilities:** - Responsible for application support and operational activities, including troubleshooting and timely resolution of user issues - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new features, enhancements, and upgrades - Drive platform expansion and adoption by understanding new application features and unused module functionality - Create and maintain process and knowledge documentation for other Application Admins and end users - Generate and analyze reports on application usage, performance, and issues to drive decision-making and improve efficiency - Stay updated on application updates and their impact on production, including accounting for any deprecated functionality - Minimum 2 years of IT experience in application operations within a large-scale complex environment **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or equivalent experience - Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with application administration processes - Experience with Bullhorn or other applicant tracking systems - Understanding of cloud-based applications and middle-ware ETL tools - Experience working and integrating with enterprise systems such as Netsuite, Salesforce, ADP, UKG is a plus - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical requirements to non-technical individuals - Capacity to work with minimal supervision in complex projects with significant responsibility - Thorough knowledge of SDLC At Consilio, you will be part of a collaborative and innovative work environment where you will have the opportunity for professional growth and development.
