Key Responsibilities:
Strong grasp of F1/OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, H4 EAD, GC EAD, H1B Transfer
Skilled in sourcing & onboarding OPT/H1B IT consultants
Expert in H1B Transfer process, USCIS compliance, LCA wage levels
Proficient with ATS (Ceipal, Bullhorn) & sourcing tools (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn)
Proven track record in marketing candidates to direct clients & vendors
Hands-on with onboarding, relocation, retention, & bench management
Excellent negotiation & relationship-building skills
