As a Compliance officer your roles and responsibilities will be as below:

Role and Responsibilities:

Develop and implement compliance programs: Create and enforce policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
1-2 years of experience working on Onboarding Documentations
Experience working on ATS like Bullhorn
Hands-on experience working with VMS

What are we looking for:

We are looking for candidates with experience working on VMS portals
A Go getter attitude and a pleasing personality.
Strong command on English language both spoken and written communication.
A Bachelors degree.
Excellent networking skills, people person and team player
Creative and Research Oriented
Good Reasoning, Quantitative Skills and organization skills
Strong Analytical and interpersonal skills
