Ensuring confidentiality and data security in all HR, immigration, and contract-related activities. Assisting with compliance audits and regulatory filings, including immigration and employment-related requirements. Ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Maintaining employee records in accordance with legal requirements and company policies. Assisting employees with benefits enrolment, changes, and inquiries. Liaising with benefit providers to resolve issues and ensure accurate administration of benefits. Supporting and assisting other teams as needed. Formatting resumes for the onshore team as per request. Responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle process, from the initial onboarding of a new hire to their final departure, including all necessary paperwork, communication, and administrative tasks to ensure a smooth transition both when joining and leaving the company. Form I-9: To ensure all new hires complete the form accurately, verifying their identity and employment authorization by reviewing their documents, and properly storing the completed forms to maintain compliance with immigration laws; this includes providing employees with the form, guiding them through the process, and checking the authenticity of their presented documents.
