➡️ US HR onboarding experience (must) only US Candidates onboarding.

➡️ MS Office skills + Documentation knowledge.

➡️ Auditing / Onboarding into US HR Domain only.

➡️ Preferred Immediate Joiners only.

Requirements:

(Must Have).

2. Familiarity with MS Office, to efficiently manage candidate information.

3. Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information, maintaining utmost discretion and professionalism.

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and internal teams.

5. Teamwork: Strong teamwork skills, collaborating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve onboarding objectives.

6. Organizational and Time Management: Good organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet onboarding deadlines.

7. US HR Practices: A solid working knowledge of US HR practices and industry regulations to ensure compliance throughout the onboarding process.
