Job Description

We are Hiring for an US HR Onboarding Specialist who can come and work from office (Not a Remote/Hybrid).

Title: US HR Onboarding Specialist

Location: Hyderabad Location - CST Time Zone

Shift Timings: 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM Central Time Zone

Address: Javen Technologies Inc., Plot 78, Karan Arcade, Level 2, Patrika Nagar, Hyderabad

(Must work from office located in Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad. No Work from home available.)

Requirement:

Knowledge, skills, and experience of at least 3-4 years in Human resources (US-HR)
Handling onboarding for the new joiners to go through with their documentation part.
Must have experience in the US employee Onboarding process including Offer Letters, Conducting Background Check Verification using third-party tools, Drug Screening, I-9 Verification, E-Verify, and Offboarding.
Request documents from Consultants and Vendor/Clients as per Attorney Checklist
Work as point of contact for H1B employees for documentation and procedures
Good to have working experience on SignNow, DocuSign
Ability to work in night shift.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in HR onboarding & US Immigration (nice to have)
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
