Job Description

Role Summary

Manage and optimize the corporate LMS, ensuring smooth system operations, high-quality learning content, accurate reporting, and strong user experience in partnership with HR, IT, and L&D teams.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and configure LMS (users, roles, learning paths, integrations, upgrades).
Manage learning content, curricula, enrollments, certifications, and assessments.
Act as primary LMS support for learners, managers, and facilitators.
Create dashboards and reports for compliance, completion, and learning effectiveness.
Ensure data accuracy, governance, and continuous system improvement.
Coordinate learning calendars, communications, and evaluations.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree in HR, Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
5+ years of LMS administration experience.
Hands-on experience with
Workday Learning / SuccessFactors / Cornerstone / Docebo / Moodle
.
Strong knowledge of
SCORM, xAPI, AICC
.
Experience with
HRISLMS integrations
and reporting (Excel, Power BI).
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking skills.

Preferred

Experience supporting
5,000+ employees
.
Exposure to LXPs, content providers, and learning analytics.
Project management experience.
