Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior HR Executive to help us identify and hire top talent. This role is key to supporting our growth by ensuring a seamless and efficient HR process. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements. Write and post job descriptions on various platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, company website). Source potential candidates through online channels, networking, and referrals. Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates. Conduct initial phone or video interviews and schedule further interviews with relevant stakeholders. Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for critical roles. Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure all records are up to date. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Support employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs or campus hiring drives. Prepare and extend offer letters; support pre-boarding and onboarding processes.
