They also leverage our global strength and scalability to drive HR-related technology, projects and processes that allow EY to deliver against the changing requirements to enable success. The core focus of the team is to ensure an exceptional EY experience lasts a lifetime.

Your key responsibilities

  • The Assistant Manager in L&D will manage end-to-end learning interventions for EY professionals, ensuring alignment with business priorities and global learning frameworks. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement, program management, and operational excellence.Key Learning Program Management Design, deploy, and monitor learning programs across service lines. Ensure compliance with EY learning governance and quality standards. Stakeholder Engagement Partner with business leaders, HR, and global teams to identify skill gaps and learning needs. Act as a trusted advisor for learning solutions. Operational Excellence Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and reporting for learning initiatives. Drive adoption of EY learning platforms and tools. Innovation & Continuous Improvement Leverage digital learning and AI-driven solutions to enhance learner experience. Analyze feedback and metrics to improve program effectiveness.
