Position Title: Workday Learning Functional Consultant Experience : 4+ yrs Type : Permanent Full time Location : Hyderabad (Hybrid) Responsibilities : Serve as the primary liaison between People Team stakeholders and HRIS analysts, ensuring that business needs are met effectively and efficiently. Workday expertise in HCM, Learning, Performance and Reporting. Knowledge in merit, bonus and stock plan configuration. Initiation and administration of a compensation review process. Experience with configuring custom reporting, and calculated field configuration for the Learning and Performance modules. Experience configuring complex business processes, performance templates, goal setting, succession plans, talent pools and other essential components of the talent cycle. Experience configuring N-Box reports. Configure and maintain Workday Learning module, encompassing creating and schedule campaigns. Support roadmap for HRIS enhancements, including Workday module expansions, and process automation. Plan, test, and implement system updates, new functionalities, and feature releases. Provide cross-functional HRIS support to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, and ensure time Serve as a product SME for Workday HCM, Learning, Performance and Reporting. Monitor system performance, resolve system & reporting issues, and ensure HR technology solutions are meeting business objectives. Ensure smooth integration and compliance of HR systemsy project delivery.

Learn more at insightsoftware.com Job Description Work Timings: 1PM- 10PM IST Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day administration of the Workday Learning platform and the Questionmark assessment tool, including the setup and configuration of the system, automated campaigns, user roles, and permissions. Manage a content repository outside of the learning management system to ensure source files are saved in a consistent manner. Collaborate with all internal training teams on the structure and process. Publish training content from vendors such as OpenSesame and instructor-led training, eLearning modules, and other learning resources in Workday Learning. Configure Workday Learning for live virtual sessions. Create Questionmark assessments and publish in Workday Learning, including instructor-led training, eLearning modules, and other learning resources. Monitor the performance of the Workday Learning platform and provide technical support to the L&D team and end-users as needed. Ensure that the learning assets and processes comply with industry standards, regulations, and best practices. Provide suggestions on new processes and use of new features. Collaborate with the L&D team to manage training schedules, enrollments, and tracking of employee progress and performance. Work with the Biz Apps and HR Ops team to build audiences for training campaigns. Work with Biz Apps team to load EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) forms with historical data into Workday Learning Develop and execute test plans for enhancements in the Sandbox environment to ensure that the migration process to production is error-free. Work with the L&D team to ensure that the system meets their needs and requirements. Ensure that the Workday Learning site is easy to use for learners and managers. Ensure that the content is easy to find and the site navigation is clear. Create best practice standard operating procedures (SOPs) and develop and deliver training sessions to the L&D team on how to use the Workday Learning platform and Questionmark tool effectively. Qualifications At least 5+ years of experience with a learning management system, preferably Workday Learning. Knowledge of best practices for learning and development and industry standards. Experience in developing and delivering training content, including instructor-led training and eLearning modules. Experience in developing test questions and configuring questions in a system. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Experience in project management, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
