Job Description: W2 Paperwork Specialist Location: Noida Employment Type: Full-time Reports To: HR Manager We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized W2 Paperwork Specialist to manage the documentation process for W2 employees. This role involves preparing, sharing, and verifying essential paperwork required for the smooth onboarding and compliance of W2 consultants, ensuring adherence to federal and state regulations. Key Responsibilities: Document Preparation and Sharing: Prepare and share necessary documents such as Offer Letters, Employee Agreements, Handbooks, NDAs, Federal and State W4s, and ACH forms. Ensure accuracy and completeness before sending to consultants. Background Checks: Completing Background Verification (BGV/BGC) and Drug Testing for candidates in accordance with client requirements, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards Onboarding Compliance: Complete I-9 and E-Verification for W2 consultants on their first day of employment. Ensure all onboarding documents are completed and filed in accordance with federal and state laws. Records Management: Maintain and update employee records in internal systems. Track document submission and follow up on pending paperwork. Communication and Support: Act as the primary point of contact for W2 consultants regarding documentation and onboarding queries. Provide clear guidance and support to ensure timely completion of all required forms. Reporting and Documentation: Generate reports on onboarding status, pending documents, and compliance checks. Collaborate with HR and Payroll departments to streamline documentation processes. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
