Position: US Contracts Manager & Senior Contracts Executive Location: Hyderabad (Gachibowli) Onsite Experience: 28 years Industry: IT Services / Staffing / Consulting Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize various US-based contracts such as MSA, SOW, NDA, vendor agreements, and client agreements Ensure legal and regulatory compliance with US federal and state laws Coordinate with internal departments (sales, recruitment, delivery, legal) for contract execution Identify and mitigate potential contract risks and liabilities Maintain accurate contract documentation and support audits as needed Handle renewals, amendments, and terminations Work with attorneys and external stakeholders when required Requirements: Proven experience with US contract management in IT consulting or staffing domain Familiarity with employment laws, compliance protocols, and client onboarding documentation Excellent contract drafting, legal review, and negotiation skills Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational abilities Proficient in MS Office, DocuSign, contract management software, or tools like Salesforce/ATS Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Interested?
