Role and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires.
  • Schedule and facilitate orientation sessions and training programs.
  • Ensure timely completion of background checks, employment eligibility (I-9, E-Verify), and other compliance requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for new hires during the onboarding phase.
  • Collaborate with IT, Facilities, and Hiring Managers to ensure all systems, tools, and access are ready before the start date.
  • Maintain accurate employee record on CRM.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve onboarding processes to enhance employee experience and retention.


What are we looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in US compliance.
  • Should have extensive experience working on compliance
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
