Roles and Responsibilities: Individual contributor for the UK geography Qualifying leads and continually developing new sales pipeline Producing pipeline forecast reports on a weekly basis Planning for, facilitating and attending client meetings and presentations Formulating and executing the Sales Strategy Understanding the political and organizational structure of the prospects Developing comprehensive opportunity plans that assist pursuit team members in understanding client value drivers Managing all internal deal reviews and approvals The UK F&A Sales Manager Lead is the executive responsible for sourcing, managing the solution, structuring and closing new logo (typically sole-source) BPO sales for QX Globals bouquet of F&A outsourcing services. Skills Required: Highly-motivated, deal maker with concrete and verifiable experience of selling transactional, typically F&A, services to global clients Proven leader with a strong ability to assemble, drive performance, inspire and motivate pursuit team members. Seasoned competitor with an offensive mind set, and energy to sustain a very fast pace for extended periods of time Strong understanding of transactional, typically F&A, services is essential, and experience delivering these services from nearshore and offshore locations Strong understanding of complex, technology-enabled solutions to multiple customer points of contacts in both business and technology Bachelors degree in business or a related field Executive presence and an ability to influence decision-makers at the highest levels in client organizations Ambitious and self-motivated Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fluent English speaker Inside/telephone sales experience Outgoing and friendly; able to quickly build professional rapport with individuals through various communications channels such as telephone and email Sales-oriented and goal-oriented, self-starting, and able to work without constant supervision Proven ability to get results and meet commitments Ability to work individually and in a team About QX: QX Global Group is a global consulting, digital transformation, and business process management (BPM) services company that partners with organizations seeking to transform and optimize their business operations.
