The ideal candidate will handle monthly client calls to review P&L and balance sheets, manage quarterly VAT returns, and prepare annual statutory accounts Job Description Taking ownership of: Invoice postings and approvals Maintaining the purchase ledgers and liaising with third party suppliers Raising sales invoices Maintaining Workbook ordering process Undertaking the weekly payment run Daily bank uploads and allocations Bank payments Month-End activities: Prepayment schedules Fixed Assets schedules Bank reconciliations Intercompany matching and reconciliation Operating expense coding Processing monthly expenses for employees Ad-Hoc finance requests (internal and external) Skill requirement - 1 to 3yrs of post-qualification experience with Record to Report(R2R), Bank Reconciliation, AP, AR. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
