The primary focus of this role is to help perform critical finance activities and analysis to drive profitable business growth through a combination of detailed financial review, enhanced financial reporting and insightful analysis in SaaS environment

Required skills:

• Lead and perform Monthly Accruals/ Forecast / Budgets / Business Plan
• Track the monthly performance against the budgets and ensure no overrun.
• Preparation of customer wise and region wise monthly profitability statements.
• Monitoring of global invoicing and collections.
• Analysis of invoicing trends across regions.
• Preparation and monitoring of RR, ARR, and ACV metrics.
• Oversight of financial and statutory audits across regions.
• Preparation and analysis of cash flow statements.
• Continuous coordination with counterparts across global regions.
• Assisting the sales team in preparing and submitting client proposals.
• Continuous interaction with operating team to understand the changing Business situations.
• Review and approve all purchase request for the operating expenditure.
• Evaluate and approve Capital spending request.
• Perform Financial Cost benefit analysis on all the business case for new projects.
• Periodic Status reporting
• Perform adhoc financial analysis as per the request.

Responsibilities

• Financial support to business areas through financial analysis, budgeting, planning & forecasting; to facilitate decision making and future business strategies.
• As a member of entomos finance team, you will be responsible for providing all aspects of financial support for planning and control. 
• Assist in consolidation and reporting of financial results, preparation of annual budget. 
• Gather, model, analyze, prepare, and summarize information for financial plans, operating forecasts, trended future specifications, etc.; on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis. 
• Prepares recommendations based on analyzes.
• May perform revenue and expense analysis, 
• Headcount and headcount driven expense analysis at cost center level, tracking of product and product line revenue, reconciliation of accounts receivable, variance analysis and ad-hoc analysis as needed. You may participate in cross functional programs and projects.
• Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. 
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical skills. Ability to prepare Excel spreadsheets of high complexity.

• Demonstrated analytical skills and attention to detail are required.
• The ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and to effectively meet deadlines with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment is necessary.
• The candidate must manage and prioritize workloads both in a team environment and independently.

Educational Qualification

• Preferred bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, CA/MBA. 5-7 years of applicable finance/accounting experience.
