Management Accountant

As a Management Accountant, your primary responsibilities will include: - Managing and checking daily stock inputs. - Arranging deliveries from couriers. - Preparing product wise sales forecasts to enable better stock ordering and planning. - Handling cash flow statements and funds flow statements. - Occasionally generating invoices, checking accounts, and performing miscellaneous accounting work. - Filing insurance claims to couriers promptly with photographic evidence of any damaged deliveries. - Checking ledger balances thoroughly and arranging credit notes from vendors. - Matching invoices with original quotations and arranging credit notes if necessary. Qualifications required for this role: - Relevant experience in accounting or finance. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Familiarity with inventory management and financial forecasting. - Ability to communicate effectively with vendors, couriers, and internal stakeholders. - Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
