Management Accountant

As a Management Accountant at our client's company based in Al Hasa, Saudi Arabia, your role will involve maintaining accounting records, preparing financial statements, managing VAT returns filings, and being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters. You will also be responsible for undertaking financial audits, liaising with internal and external auditors, managing relationships with bankers, auditors, and tax authorities, and maintaining records of confidential matters. Additionally, you will interact with lawyers and provide reports to top management and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain accounting records and prepare accounts finalizing - Prepare financial statements, including monthly and annual accounts - Managing VAT Returns filings - Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters - Undertake financial audits - Liaise with internal and external auditors and deal with any financial irregularities as they arise - Manage relationships with bankers, auditors, and tax authorities - Maintaining records & safe keeping of organization confidential matters - Interacting with lawyers and giving report to top management - External Stakeholders: Banks, auditors, lawyers, across the group - CFO, HR & Admin Qualifications Required: - CA passed, with experience in management accounts - 8 to 10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably electronic/electrical - Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in general accounting & finalization of P&L and BS - Understanding of Financial statements and Books of Accounts and ability to analyze them - Coordinating with auditors for financial submissions, VAT, and Corporate Tax - Working experience under a Chartered Accountant or similar titles - Understanding of legal aspects of various contracts and follow-up with lawyers for legal matters - Follow-up for general receivables, old dues, and bad debts,
