Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:

  • Coordinate the new joiner induction sessions with the stakeholders concerned
  • Supporting the TA team in reaching out to colleges and universities for hiring interns
  • Calling candidates in case of bulk hiring as needed
  • PO and Invoice processing follows ups with admin & vendor

Policies, Payroll & Benefits

  • Co-ordinating with payroll team for various helpdesks, KYC, car lease, Zaggle (meal card), PF & payroll related , bank updation queries.
  • Coordinate with the benefits team for insurance input, reimbursement of claims, TPA escalations if any, reimbursement of flexi points, Visit app queries etc
  • Input collection from associates and sharing with relevant teams. This person is a link between Payroll/ benefits and Associates for related queries.
  • HONO (attendance system) point of contact for any ad hoc requests and coordination with Global Shared Services (GSS) teams for shift allowance, attendance, resolving issues related to integration between SAP & HONO. This would also include directly working with the HONO team to address certain issues.
  • Keeping track of maternity cases along with HONO,
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on policies and HR processes
  • Address associate queries on compensation structure, benefits etc.

Data Management :

  • Sharing active Headcount, HOD, Department data with GSS MIS team for monthly HR dashboard
  • Submit various HRDS requests for Name change, dob update, address change, manager change request with GSS team
  • Any data input to be shared with GSS/Payroll/ regional CoE team. Validation of various data required for payouts.
  • Issuing ad hoc letters to associates and co-ordinate with GSS for Visa, Bank Loan verification, hardcopy of internship certificate etc.
  • Coordinate with respective teams to update Kleeto (Personnel file management system)
  • Analyze HR data to support decision-making

Exit Formality:

  • Offboarding Intimation to GSS team
  • Conduct exit interviews for certain grades
  • Maintaining Exit Tracker and scheduling exit Interviews
  • Handling associates queries during and post-exit till F&F
  • Following up with GSS team on exit formalities as needed

HR Coordination and Operations:

  • Coordinate on ground training/workshop activities, following up for training feedback, PO & invoices.
  • Support HRBPs on various ad hoc requirements pertaining to data, event planning and execution etc.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR operations and improve efficiency

Experience required:

  • 2 6 years of experience handling HR Operations
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Demonstrated experience to provide excellent customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Push for continuous improvement of processes and should be a self-starter
  • Attention to detail and high level of confidentiality
  • Good analytical skills are a must have
  • Qualification: Bachelors in any field. MBA / PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
