This role serves as a trusted advisor and operational partner, ensuring seamless execution of strategic priorities while maintaining our “one team, one culture” philosophy across Canada and India operations.The successful candidate will be the President’s strategic right-hand, orchestrating complex initiatives, facilitating high-level communications, and serving as a key liaison across our matrix organization structure encompassing six functional towers: Finance, Tax & Legal; HR, Recruitment, Branding & Communications; Technology, Procurement & Contracts; Real Estate & Security; Delivery & Operations; and Enterprise Planning & Portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & Advisory
  • Partner with the President to develop and execute GCC growth strategies and evolution roadmap
  • Provide strategic counsel on organizational transformation, operational efficiency, and market opportunities
  • Lead strategic planning initiatives and coordinate cross-functional strategic projects
  • Analyze industry trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making
  • Support M&A activities, partnerships, and business development initiatives within the Indian market
Executive Operations & Coordination
  • Organize and coordinate Steering Committee meetings, ensuring effective preparation, facilitation, and follow-up
  • Manage the President’s strategic calendar and prioritize high-impact activities
  • Prepare comprehensive briefing materials, executive summaries, and decision documents
  • Coordinate with functional tower leaders across Finance/Tax/Legal, HR/Recruitment/Branding/Communications, Technology/Procurement/Contracts, Real Estate/Security, Delivery Operations, and Enterprise Planning to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives
  • Oversee special projects and transformation initiatives on behalf of the President
Communications & Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as primary communications strategist for the President across internal and external forums
  • Develop compelling presentations for industry conferences, client meetings, and executive forums
  • Craft speeches, talking points, and executive communications for various audiences
  • Prepare materials for town halls, all-hands meetings, and organizational communications
  • Manage stakeholder relationships with key clients, partners, government bodies, and industry leaders within India
  • Represent the President in Indian industry forums, trade associations, and business councils
Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Drive coordination across our six functional towers ensuring seamless integration between India operations and Canada headquarters
  • Facilitate collaboration across Finance/Tax/Legal, HR/Recruitment/Branding/Communications, Technology/Procurement/Contracts, Real Estate/Security, Delivery Operations, and Enterprise Planning functions
  • Champion organizational culture initiatives supporting “one team, one culture” philosophy
  • Lead change management initiatives and organizational development programs
  • Support talent development and succession planning activities
Performance & Growth Management
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to track GCC performance and growth trajectory
  • Prepare executive dashboards and performance reports for leadership team
  • Coordinate quarterly business reviews and annual planning processes
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operational functions
  • Support budget planning and resource allocation decisions

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience
  • MBA from a premier business school, preferably with concentration in Strategy, Operations, or Technology Management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or related technical field
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in senior strategic, operational, or consulting roles within Indian corporate environment
  • Proven track record in Indian technology services, GCC operations, or multinational organizations operating in India
Technical & Industry Knowledge
  • Deep understanding of technology services delivery, software development, and digital transformation
  • Experience with telecommunications, enterprise technology, or related industries with strong Indian market knowledge
  • Understanding of Indian business environment, regulatory landscape, and cultural dynamics
  • Knowledge of global delivery models, GCC operations, and Indo-Canadian business practices
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies, project management frameworks, and operational excellence practices
Leadership & Strategic Skills
  • Demonstrated experience as a strategic advisor or similar executive support role
  • Strong business acumen with ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
  • Proven ability to lead matrix organizations and influence without direct authority
  • Experience managing large-scale transformation initiatives and change management programs
Communication & Presentation Excellence
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with executive-level presence
  • Outstanding presentation development and delivery capabilities
  • Experience creating compelling narratives for diverse stakeholder groups
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights
  • Fluency in crafting speeches, executive communications, and thought leadership content

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with leading management consulting firms or corporate strategy roles in India
  • Previous experience in telecommunications, technology services, or enterprise software sectors in India
  • Track record of supporting senior executives in high-growth Indian organizations or GCCs
  • Experience with Indian government relations, regulatory affairs, and industry associations
  • Professional certifications in project management (PMP) or change management
  • Active participation in Indian technology industry forums and thought leadership platforms
