Back We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and help us hire the best talent. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. If you have a passion for recruitment, employer branding, and strategic hiring. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full hiring process, from job posting to offer acceptance. Candidate Sourcing: Use LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and networking to find top talent. Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screening, phone interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers. Employer Branding: Enhance the company's employer brand to attract quality candidates. Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective hiring strategies. Diversity & Inclusion: Promote diversity hiring initiatives. HR & Compliance: Ensure hiring practices comply with company policies and legal requirements. Data & Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness). Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field. Experience: 5+ years in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR. Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and sourcing tools. Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, and other job platforms. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously. Knowledge of labor laws and hiring best practices.
