Role Overview

Strategic Advisor to the Promoter

Key Responsibilities

• Work in close collaboration with the Promoter to drive strategic business initiatives.
• Apply knowledge of

  Investment Banking and capital markets

  to assess opportunities, risks, and deal structures.
• Participate in

  daily business meetings

  with the Promoter to review developments and progress.
• Provide

  regular reports

  on the status of ongoing transactions, restructuring processes, and deal pipelines.
• Advise on structuring, negotiations, and execution strategies for acquisitions, distressed asset deals, and capital market transactions.
• Support decision-making on investment opportunities, exits, and capital raising activities.
• Ensure effective coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders, including banks, investors, and regulators.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5–10 years of professional experience in

  Investment Banking, Asset Reconstruction, Private Equity, or Corporate Finance

  .
• Proven track record in

  transaction execution, deal structuring, and financial advisory

  .
• Strong professional network across financial institutions, investors, and regulatory authorities.
• Prior experience working with promoters, boards, or senior stakeholders in a strategic capacity.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in a dynamic, promoter-driven environment.
